HeART2HeART will be a contemporary and fine art online exhibition depicting works of art created during quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This amazing 3D online art show will allow visitors to navigate the space and interact with your art in real-time. Present your art pieces in a selection of beautiful, high-quality environments.
The aim is to help artists reach more potential buyers and offer them a safe & private Art buying experience.
Subjective and non-subjective works are acceptable. The works will be on virtual display between Feb 8th– Feb 12th.
Work of art is welcome to be published in our gallery and have the opportunity to reach an international community of collectors. Submissions are subject to a selection and need to meet multiple requirements.
ELIGIBLE MEDIA
Accepting all contemporary and fine genre submissions. Submissions are open locally. All work must have been completed within the years 2019-2021 and not CURRENTLY exhibited at any Arts Exhibition. Eligible media include, but are not limited to drawing, painting, photography, mixed media, oil/chalk pastels, block/ink print, watercolor pencil, pastel on paper, ink, threads on canvas, Oil, Graphite stick, pencil on paper, and digital art. Mixed media will be accepted as long as 75% of the work is painting. If a genre, medium, or material you specialize in is not listed, please email help@artifybotswana.com to provide specifics about your work.
NUMBER OF ENTRIES + SUBMISSION FEE
Each artist is limited to two (2) images per submission. Submitting your work is subject to a submission fee of P120 per submitted artwork if you submit two artworks submission fee is P240 and so on.

Guidelines
Please read carefully the guidelines before submitting your original artwork.
-Artists have to submit their original artwork.
-there is no limit of age for applicants.
-Artwork containing scenes of explicit violence and gore will be desk rejected.
-submissions are subject to non-refundable fees (submission fees are symbolic and aim to cover platform management).
-There is no limit of drawings submitted per contest.
-submitted artwork should be high definition, remove any background before submission.
-JPG, PNG formats are accepted.
– submission size is up to 1.5 Mo.
-Artify Botswana provides you the opportunity to reach potential buyers.
-Artist should provide a short biography, phone number or email.
-Artist should provide a complete description of their artwork.
Selection rules
Submissions are subject to evaluation based on creativity, used medium, originality, and quality of work. We believe that each piece of art has value we rely on our reviewers’ expertise to better judge the quality of submitted works.
USAGE RIGHTS
Before submitting your application and taking part in the contest all artists who want to participate for any exhibition on our website must agree to the following:
- Provided images will be only used for marketing, promotional, and display purposes for any competition on our website.
- The participant artist agrees to allow Artify Botswana to archive chosen artwork as part of past exhibitions contest. This will be available for public viewing on our website.
- Selected works will include artist name, title of work and a link back to their website or email adress if they do not have a website.
- Copyrights of any image if for the artist and not Artify Botswana .
- Images will not be resold, exchanged, copied from this site.
